HOW DO I RETURN THE ITEMS I PURCHASED?

   You can return a product you bought from Lemasleather.com.tr free of charge within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. You must send the product/products you want to return to us in their original packaging, undamaged and unused. Products that are not put in the shipping bag and whose box has been taped cannot be returned. .

RETURN OPTIONS

a) Free home pickup

   You can request home pickup by calling domestic or UPS cargo. You will need to call the cargo company from the phone number given below and specify the Lemas Return code. You can also specify the date and time the package will be received. You must place your invoice or order number and the reason for your return in the box with the products you want to return.

b) Free returns to domestic or UPS cargo branches

  You can deliver the product you will return free of charge to our contracted cargo companies with the return shipping codes shared below. After you deliver your product to the cargo company, do not forget to request the cargo tracking number so that you can follow the cargo process. After your product reaches us, it will be examined by the relevant departments. This process takes 2-7 working days on average. You need to place your invoice or order number and the reason for your return in the box with the products you want to return.

   REMINDER: The responsibility of the products sent with different cargo companies belongs to the ordering party. If you choose a different shipping company, you will have to cover the shipping fee.

c) Return to Lemas store

   Note that returns information will be sent to our head offices and refunds will be made in the same way as the payment method you used to purchase the product.

   When the product purchased from the store is desired to be returned, if the payment was made by credit card, it is necessary to come to the store with the credit card and slip used. In the return of purchases made with a credit card / debit card, the payment is returned to the card from which Lemas is paid, within 15 days at the latest. Depending on the bank, the reflection time of the refund amount on the card may vary.

There is no refund from the store for the product or products purchased from the website.

RETURN TERMS

• Returned items must be in their original packaging, undamaged, unused.

• Campaign conditions are valid during the campaign period.

• The products you have purchased on www.lemasleather.com are not refundable if they are exchanged in the store.

• Products sent to our store anonymously/unclaimed will not be processed in accordance with the return procedure. Please make sure that your product reaches Antikacılık Clock Industry and Trade Limited Company.

• Returns that are checked and not approved by our product control team will be returned to the sender at the buyer's expense.

HOW CAN I CHANGE THE ITEM I PURCHASED?

   The products you have purchased from Lemasleather.com and our store can be exchanged only from our store within 30 days.The product(s) you want to replace must be undamaged and unused in their original packaging.Do not forget to bring your invoice when making the exchange.
